About this space
The Podcast Studio is a soundproofed 275 sq ft video and audio production space, with a dedicated A/V technician included in the flat rental fee.
The studio is all-black and set up for podcasting, videography, and photography. It accommodates up to 4 people, with 3 mics, 3 headsets, and 3 cameras for recording, plus space for 1 production technician and 1 to 2 non-recording guests.
Camera options:
Regular: 3 Sony ZV1 cameras (front, left, right) recording in 4K @ 30fps or HD via Atem Mini Extreme Iso.
Pro: 3 Sony FX30 cameras with 2.8 full frame lenses (front, left, right) recording in 4K @ 60fps 4:2:2 10bit Slog3 or HD via Atem Extreme Iso.

• No alcohol allowed after 8 pm
The rental customer is responsible for taking all measures necessary to return the studio and support areas (lounge area, kitchen, and bathroom) back to the condition as it was found at the start of the rental period. If any of these areas are left in an unsatisfactory condition. We reserve the right, at its discretion, to bill the rental customers for any cleaning or repair work deemed necessary and performed by the studio staff, including the cost of materials, to return the studio and support areas to satisfactory condition.
Outside catering can be allowed, but the rental customer has to remove all leftover food, drinks, boxes, and garbage from the building as well as clean all areas where food was served. If excessive garbage is left over we will bill the client additional cleaning and garbage removal fees.
Health and Safety Procedures and Protocols:
• Do not come in if you are feeling sick and/or have a fever.
• Enter and exit the building at designated locations only.
• Restrooms: Most importantly, everyone should take responsibility for using a toilet seat cover, cleaning and disinfecting before and after each use, including wiping down handles and knobs, and sink area after washing hands. (gloves, cleaner/disinfectant will be available).
