About this space

This is a professional video studio, not an apartment or converted home. We are now offering our Podcast A/V Technician as part of the rental at a single, flat fee.

Our recording studios are set up for high-quality audio recording, voiceovers, vocals, songwriting, rehearsal, classes, singing, podcasts, and much more. We have 7 identical suites for 2-3 people (Director + technician) plus the recording talent.

Podcast Studio:

This is a professional recording studio, which means the walls, ceiling, sound, doors, and windows are fully soundproof as well as the silent A/C and sound-dampening "blue" panels. All audio cables, including video and power, are hidden inside the walls, so the room is hermetically sealed when the doors are closed. We can also live stream to Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, and Zoom via Atem Mini.

We have 3 Sony ZV1 cameras (Front, Left side, and Right Side) that can record in 4K @ 30fps and HD (1920x1080 @30 / 60fps) via the Atem Mini Pro Iso. We can accommodate up to 3 people in our podcast studio (3 mics, 3 headsets, and 3 cameras). Production side 1 tech (1 mic & 1 headset) plus 1-2 non-recording guests.

Host rules

• No smoking in the building
• Outside catering is allowed
• No alcohol allowed after 8 pm
The rental customer is responsible for taking all measures necessary to return the studio and support areas (lounge area, kitchen, and bathroom) back to the condition as it was found at the start of the rental period. If any of these areas are left in an unsatisfactory condition. We reserve the right, at its discretion, to bill the rental customers for any cleaning or repair work deemed necessary and performed by the studio staff, including the cost of materials, to return the studio and support areas to satisfactory condition.

Outside catering can be allowed, but the rental customer has to remove all leftover food, drinks, boxes, and garbage from the building as well as clean all areas where food was served. If excessive garbage is left over we will bill the client additional cleaning and garbage removal fees.

Health and Safety Procedures and Protocols:

• Do not come in if you are feeling sick and/or have a fever.
• Enter and exit the building at designated locations only.
• Restrooms: Most importantly, everyone should take responsibility for using a toilet seat cover, cleaning and disinfecting before and after each use, including wiping down handles and knobs, and sink area after washing hands. (gloves, cleaner/disinfectant will be available).
