Sapore di Mare, was born from the idea of the two spouses Giorgia Calabrese interior and graphic designer, and Matteo Paderni ex freestyle bartender to praise the ichthyic tradition, based on simple and quality dishes of ancient Italian seafood recipes.
After Vino & Caffe in Miami Beach, and Ni. Do. Mozzarella Bar in Biscayne Blvd, Giorgia and Matteo land in Coconut Grove. a place where you can still walk, where everything is smaller, less chaotic, less touristy.
Sapore di mare is in fact a small restaurant with few tables and seats, furnished as if it were a boat, with the typical colors of Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
