About this space

Looking for a unique, vintage-inspired space in Miami for your next photo shoot, film production, or content creation session? Our Vintage Space offers an authentic backdrop perfect for commercial photography, social media content, interviews, and creative projects.

The space also has limited elevator access. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby via the elevators. The access card may also be needed to open the building front door on weekends.

A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. Please include any setup and cleanup time you may need into the reservation time requested.

Please note no food or beverages are included with a space reservation. We have an open catering policy so event hosts may order from the caterer or restaurant of their choice. To avoid a $100 cleaning fee, any food waste must be bagged in trash bags prior to the reservation ending time.

There are tenants sharing the space who may walk through the area to access their office.

Host rules

1. You may move easily movable furniture such as chairs. Please just be sure to move them back where you found them at the start of the reservation
2. The event time requested should include setup and cleanup time.
3. We request that Event Hosts do not publicly advertise mindwarehouse as the location of their event or send out event invitations until their reservation has been completed.
4. Events serving alcohol will be required to retain private security.
5. General liability Insurance is available with private insurers at an additional cost for groups who do not have their own insurance. Different options are available online listed under “event insurance” or “TULIP” insurance. The insurance should be a General Liability policy with limits of $1M/$2M.
6. Event hosts may bring 2 branded signs for their event on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. The signs will be displayed on the building entry door and at the lobby level elevator bank to remind guests of the event location.
7. mindwarehouse is smoke & tobacco free. Smoking and the use of tobacco products is prohibited on property.
8. No fog, smoke, or haze machines of any kind may be used.
9. Please note you may also use a caterer of your choice. However, when using a professional caterer you must request that they provide a copy of their insurance to us with the following listed verbatim under “additional insureds” on any insurance certificate they provide: mindwarehouse LLC, SHD 111 NE 1ST STREET LLC, & Federal Condominium Association, Inc. Food delivery services are exempt from this requirement.
10. No candles or open flame, deep fryers, and fryers are permitted.
