About this space
Our premier event space and production studio is a 5,800 sq. ft. open-concept venue with amazing natural light, floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the Miami skyline and overlooking the Miami River. With a capacity of up to 350 guests, a marina for yacht access and a wrap around 180-view of Miami, Suite SVN makes for a cutting edge space that can be transformed to make every production and event unique.
PLEASE REVIEW OPTIONS BEFORE BOOKING:
• Production Studio Rental - consists of two (2) 10-foot photography sets with 10-foot pull down backdrops. All sets are equipped with electrical power and lighting equipment. Each set is rented at a total of four (4) persons per hour. For skyline view photography, the premium access add-on is available for an additional $75/hour.
• Event Rental - an open format space for 350+ guest capacity (standing), 22-feet tall ceiling, ADA restrooms, audio and A/V equipment, decorative chandeliers, display wall, and skyline waterfront view. All rentals come with 10 high boy tables and 4 six-foot folding tables. Outside food and beverage catering allowed upon approval. Immediate garage access and/or loading dock. Utility closet and prepping station with stainless steel counters and refrigeration all available for use. **Special event insurance and liquor liability coverage required.

Host rules
• Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time, please keep in mind when booking.
• Your rental is based hourly. To avoid any overage, you must be packed up and off the property at the scheduled time to avoid being billed the extra hour.
• No Smoking in the building.
• If your event has any wine/spirits served all guest must be 21 years or older.
• Absolutely no fire, smoking, weapons, glitter or confetti allowed.
• We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged equipment during your booking.
• We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes footage inside our space, for promotional purposes only.
