Host rules
• Two weeks prior to your event date, you must provide: load in and load out schedules, event run of show, floorplan, a contact sheet, a list of vendors with Certificates of Insurance (COI), and power requirements
• No noise ordinance applies inside the event space
• A citywide 11:00pm noise ordinance applies to the exterior/terrace area, please be respectful of neighbors after this time
• Live cooking is permitted in the venue kitchen with advance notice and a $500 cleaning fee
• No open flame cooking indoors
• No refrigerator or ice machine in the space
• Outdoor cooking in the garden is possible with advance notice, provided the caterer supplies protective mats under all cooking equipment and on-site fire extinguishers
• All catering items must be removed at the end of the event
• Not allowed inside the venue: cold sparks, hazers, smoke machines, fire shows, smoking, incense or sage, CO2
• No propane tanks indoors (allowed outdoors if communicated in advance)
• Violating any of the above will trigger the fire alarm and sprinklers; the Fire Department will respond and you will be charged an inconvenience fee
• Allowed inside the venue: food warmers, and candles with pre-approval from the events team
