Our venue is perfect for meetings, receptions, dinners, concerts, weddings, and celebrations of any kind, it is located just two blocks from the beach. The venue features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, antique chandeliers, oversized Moroccan doors, and two outdoor patios and terraces.
The Miami Beach Woman’s Club offers 3,500 square feet of indoor space and 1,500 square feet of outdoor space, making it a versatile blank canvas for any occasion.

Décor and Signage
- All décor and signage must be freestanding. Signs or other markers are not permitted outside the building unless approved in advance. No structural modifications of the property will be allowed. Nails, staples, and tape are prohibited on walls or floors, except for gaff tape. Confetti, rice, glitter, bubbles, CO2, and smoke machines are prohibited inside the MBWC. Sparklers are allowed outside the venue, but the wire sticks must be discarded before leaving.
- The Renter is responsible for any costs associated with the repair of the structure, floors, walls, furniture, appliances, or any other items on the premises.
Flameless Candles Only
- Only flameless candles are allowed inside the MBWC. Real candles may be used on the outside patios only; any fallen wax must be removed before vacating the premises.
Power/Electric
- For larger events requiring substantial lighting, equipment, or power needs, all energy and power requirements must be reviewed with Alison Colberg at least 4 weeks prior to the event to avoid last-minute issues. Electrical equipment may only be connected to power sources designated by MBWC as having sufficient capacity. If power needs exceed the Club’s capacity, the Renter must provide any necessary extra generators.
- The Renter or vendors are not permitted to connect to the venue’s main power source without prior approval and a licensed electrician on-site. Any additional electrical equipment brought in for the event, such as microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, extension cords, or generators, must be located in contracted areas.
Sound System
- DJs and bands must provide their own sound systems. They are not permitted to connect to the house sound system. iPhones, iPads, and iPods may be connected to the house sound system. There is also a single CD player connected to the house sound system that can be used.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
