About this space
The estate holds up to 250 guests standing or around 83 seated indoors, with room for considerably more under a tent on the lawn. Guests arrive through a white-columned portico into a grand entrance hall with a sweeping staircase, then flow between the piano parlour, a wood-panelled lounge, formal dining and living rooms, a light-filled conservatory, a chef's kitchen and covered outdoor terraces. Outside there are landscaped grounds, a pool and open lawn for ceremonies, tented receptions and photography.
It is built for weddings and receptions, ceremonies, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, private dinners, corporate retreats and editorial or film shoots.

Every event is quoted individually and includes full-service planning, staffing, catering, bar service, entertainment, décor, security and transportation coordinated by D.I.Why? Events & Consulting. Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the mansion — designated outdoor areas only.
• All catering and bar service is provided in-house or arranged through D.I.Why? Events & Consulting. Outside food and beverage is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Valid photo ID is required for alcohol service. Alcohol service ends at 2:00 am.
• Nothing may be nailed, taped, screwed or adhered to walls, floors, ceilings or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, rice, sparklers or open flame indoors without prior written approval.
• Tenting, staging and any structural install on the grounds must be approved in advance.
• Load-in, setup, breakdown and load-out must all take place within the contracted rental window.
• The licensed capacity of the space may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool; no unsupervised pool access.
• Amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances.
• Any damage to the mansion, fixtures, equipment, furnishings or grounds will be charged to the client.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests, vendors and contractors for the duration of the booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
