Host rules
- We ask that all guests treat the space with care and respect.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building, and open flames (including candles, incense, and sparklers) are not allowed.
- Outside catering is welcome—please coordinate timing and access with us in advance.
- If you're bringing in large items or planning a detailed setup, we ask that you schedule your load-in and load-out during your reserved booking window, as overtime fees may apply.
- Light décor is welcome, but please refrain from using nails, screws, staples, glitter, or adhesives that could damage surfaces.
- All event materials and decorations must be removed by the end of your booking.
- Loud music and amplified sound must end by 10:30 PM. After that time, we ask that all noise remain at a respectful level out of consideration for our neighbors.
- Pets are not allowed unless previously approved, and liability insurance may be required depending on the nature of your event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
This newly rebuilt, 3,704 sq ft, flexible, and well-located venue mixes rustic California Spanish and Italian style with curated eclectic design, offering a memorable setting for gatherings, creative activations, and intimate celebrations.
The space includes 1,664 sq ft of styled interiors and a 2,040 sq ft rooftop deck and patio with neighborhood views, while inside, five rooms create a warm environment with wood floors, antique mirrors, curated art, custom showcases, and vintage furniture.
