No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
No congregating in the front of the location.
Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash can with them before they leave.
No amplified music outside.

No Eating/Drinking (1-14 Guests): Water is allowed. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash can with them before they leave.
Notify host before booking if you are planing a sexually explicit shoot.
All drone use must be approved by host, in advance.
NO GLITTER!

Arrive early to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time. Your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.

Your booking will be canceled with no refund if violating any of these rules. The host reserves right to charge a fee after booking if any rules are violated.

You will be charged for any damage caused to space at 100% of the repair cost or item plus tax & shipping.

Any violations to the above rules will result in a fee of up to $250.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
