About this space
The first floor of our 6,000 sq. ft. Encino Hills mansion is included in the base rental. This level offers 2,000 sqft and a variety of settings. It includes a grand front entrance, an open living room, a TV room, a formal dining room, a kitchen with a breakfast area, a greenroom, and two bathrooms.
Large windows allow natural light, adjustable with custom curtains for full control. The layout is ideal for productions, with easy access to loading equipment and a staging area available. Additional spaces, including the backyard with a pool and upper-level rooms, can be added upon request.
Prices
- 1 - 10 people: $95/hr
- 11 - 20 people: $145/hr
- 21 - 30 people: $195/hr
- 31 - 50 people: $220/hr
- 51 - 74 people: $320/hr
- 75 - 100 people: $445/hr
The prices are for the first floor only, but other spaces can be booked as add-ons:
- Bedroom 1: $95/hr
- Bedroom 2: $95/hr
- Bedroom 3: $95/hr
- Master Bedroom: $175/hr
- Greenroom 1: $95 flat fee
- Greenroom 2: $95 flat fee
- Greenroom 3: $95 flat fee
- Greenroom 4: $95 flat fee
- Backyard with Pool View: $95/hr

Rules
- Furniture and decorations may be moved, but please inform us beforehand. Take photos before and after to ensure everything is returned to its original place.
- Wall decorations can be moved but must be put back in their original condition.
- Food and drinks must remain outside at all times.
- All trash must be taken with you, or a dumping fee will apply.
- Street parking is available—please be mindful of neighbors.
- Noise must be kept low after 11:00 PM.
- Smoking is only allowed outside.
- Nudity is not permitted.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
