Step into a 2800 sq.ft. creative space inspired by historic European architecture. Located in the heart of Downtown LA, this unique loft blends raw textures (stone, wood, brick) with modern infrastructure—ideal for photography, music videos, fashion shoots, commercials, podcasts, live streams, and YouTube content.
Podcast Room – Historic Elegance
Professionally soundproofed and visually rich, with dark green leather chairs, Chesterfield sofa, exposed brick, aged wood, and acoustic panels with moss accents.
Includes 4 RODE NT1-A, 4 Shure SM7B, RODECaster Pro, Sony MDR-7506 headphones, tabletop and tripod mic stands.
White Cyc Wall (24×16×12 ft) – Included
Seamless cyc wall perfect for clean product shots, fashion, interviews, and editorial content.

Curved LED Wall – Add-On ($200/hr, 4-hr min)
20×13 ft high-res curved LED wall with floor reflection, ideal for in-camera VFX, immersive graphics, and dynamic digital sets.
Technician required: $50/hr.

Shooting on cyclowall ONLY in CLEAN BOTTOM SHOES or barefoot (NO STREET DIRTY SHOES). We TRY to provide a clean and white Cyclowall to each client.
You can order an individual painting for $ 80 by your time in add on (optional)
Also we will charge $80 IF you left dirty cyclowall.
If the administrator is not present, before you leaving, please turn off all electronic devices (air conditioners, ventilation, steamer, etc.). We will show you everything.
We have the right to charge you $100 if you not turning off the air conditioners, ventilation or steamer for the full night.
NO SMOKING (for violation $150 fee)
