1. Majestic Saturday Rental Rate
- Grand Hall: $25,000
- South Hall: $20,000
- Kitchen Buyout (Outside Catering): $3,000
Note: The Saturday rental rates also apply to Fridays in December and Sundays during Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends.
2. Majestic Friday/Sunday Rental Rate
- Grand Hall: $20,000
- South Hall: $15,000
- Kitchen Buyout (Outside Catering): $3,000
3. Majestic Monday-Thursday Rental Rate
- Grand Hall: $15,000
- South Hall: $10,000
- Kitchen Buyout (Outside Catering): $3,000
Please note that catering and bar prices are not included on these. For outside catering, there is a $15 fee per person.
Bar and loud music are allowed until 2AM for an additional fee
