Inside, you'll find a mix of painted, mirrored, and distressed walls, hand-sanded antique wood floors, turquoise porcelain tile, checkerboard flooring, and a roll-down green screen. The house includes a vintage wallpapered bedroom, a pistachio green and sunny yellow kitchen, warm green living room walls, and a newly updated honey-yellow bedroom.
The spacious layout includes original rustic hardwood floors, a 1950s kitchen with green Formica counters, and large windows. With three bedrooms, a solarium, a dining room, a library/study, a vintage bathroom, a distressed half-bathroom, French doors, and a wood-burning fireplace, this house is full of character and natural light. Most furnishings and props can be moved or removed, and walls can even be painted to suit your production needs. - Insurance: Production insurance is required for all bookings.
- Furniture & Decoration: Furniture and decorations may be moved. Almost everything can be rearranged or removed.
- Smoke Machines: Smoke machines are allowed.
