The coffee shop consists of a full kitchen with coffee equipment (400 sq ft), two levels of indoor seating with traditional tables, chairs, and a long island that can accommodate around 50-60 guests (2000 sq ft), as well as an outdoor patio seating area for 20 guests (600 sq ft) which receives direct sunlight.
The coffee shop also has an entrance to a hotel lobby that can be used and ample wall space, windows, and doors that can be decorated.

- Any movement of furniture to be placed back in its original state and location
- All equipment available in space can be rented
- No live music
- No confetti
- DJ and loud music MUST stop at 10 PM

- Outside catering allowed for 20% of the rental fee
To book an event and to list the booking as "definite", a nonrefundable deposit of 30% must be placed upon the meeting room to guarantee the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel with or without notice any tentative reservation set if such contract or deposit is not received.
