Our 1410 sq. ft. studio is located in Costa Mesa, CA, right next to the Orange County Airport and conveniently accessible via the 55 and 405 freeways. The studio features a 5-wall eggshell cyclorama that measures 30' wide, 28' deep, and has a 12' ceiling. There are no windows or skylights, ensuring controlled lighting conditions.
The studio offers practical amenities, including a 10'x10' truck access door, a 36" access door, 9-20 amp outlets, A/C and heater for climate control, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth stereo receiver. There is ample parking available with 8 marked studio parking spots, 5 unmarked spaces for guests of the complex, and free street parking nearby.
Inside, you'll find a makeup station, an under-the-counter fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a sink, a clothing rack, a full-length mirror, a shooting cart for computers, and a restroom. Additionally, there are 10 chairs for your convenience.
For rental, we offer Canon cameras, and you have a choice of lighting options, including strobe, hot lights, or fluorescent lighting, as well as grip equipment.
Our studio is well-suited for various purposes, such as Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Music Video Shoots, Interviews, Talking Heads, Dance Shoots, and Cars & Trucks shoots.
SOUND: Please note that the space is NOT 100% soundproof, and some outside sounds, including those from the nearby Orange County Airport, may be audible. However, these sounds are typically brief and shouldn't disrupt your activities. Please keep in mind that the space works best for groups of up to 10 persons, as it can become crowded with larger groups.
NOTE: The floor is naturally white but has been walked on, so if you require it to be painted to a pure white finish, there is a $130.00 fee for floor painting.

Renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces.
CONDUCT Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Company’s Premises.
It's a photo studio, so there is not much in the space that can be moved. It is a clean work environment.
