About Blue Ribbon Sushi
Blue Ribbon Sushi is a vibrant Japanese restaurant and sushi bar located in Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades, CA. Inspired by the original restaurant, created over 25 years ago in Soho NYC by master sushi chef Toshi Ueki and Chef Brothers Eric & Bruce Bromberg, this cedar-clad newcomer offers outstanding Japanese cuisine based on tradition and passion.
Chef Lee leads his team in sourcing and preparing the finest fish and shellfish from The Sea of Japan, Local waters, and beyond. A curated and adventurous beverage list featuring Blue Ribbon's own sake selections as well as favorites from their travels and discoveries in Japan is rounded out by a selection of house cocktails, Japanese microbrews, and wines from California and Europe.
