About this space

Our land is a hidden gem in Malibu, California. It’s rare to see a property that combines the ocean and the mountain vibes.

Fortunately, we have both. We like to say that this is a “space to create” and is our absolute pleasure to see how this land can be transformed with every group that comes with a vision.

Our space offers both in and outdoor options for a variety of events. From birthday bashes, baby showers, exquisite weddings, executive dinners, team brainstorming meetings, or product launches, our space is a blank canvas for you and your dreams.

Our minimum rental is for 6 hours and the price per hour is based on the size of the event (staff and attendees) starting at $400/hour for 15 or less guests going to $1000/hour for larger events over 60 guests. We are happy to do a walk through if you are interested.
