The spectacular concrete building nestles into the hillside over 4 floors, dropping dramatically from street level and offering sweeping views of Los Angeles, the Hollywood sign, and the ocean. Floor-to-ceiling windows & sliders throughout the house open completely, to integrate outdoor and interior spaces for gracious living & the celebration of lavish events.
Up on the rooftop, you'll be treated to awe-inspiring views of the Hollywood Sign, surrounded by the beauty of nature. The rooftop has a beautiful lounge area & amazing dining table on a large Ipe deck reminiscent of a yacht.
The sophisticated interiors incorporate luxurious materials and unparalleled craftsmanship. The living room exudes a welcoming & elegant ambience, owing to its stunning marble fireplace just opposite the integrated & cantilevered pool & deck.
One floor below, is the high-end Italian designer kitchen & dining area w large outdoor dining deck as well as the lounge/piano room offer equally stunning vistas. There are views into the pool upstairs through pool windows, which bathe the house in an atmospheric light by night.
Between main & guest house is an outstanding landing area, an oasis embedded in nature. The independent guest house offers a large interior space, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a gorgeous panoramic view of the scenery.
