About this space
Our downstairs area is composed of the banquet hall and an additional gallery space. In the banquet hall, the main event can take place and the galleries will be a suitable place for your guests can take a breather and admire the art before getting back on the dancefloor!
We will be with you before, through and after the event to make sure everything looks exactly like you pictured it!

Host rules
- Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you.
- Liability insurance is required.
- A damage deposit may be required.
- We require that guests notify us of any damage.
- A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings.
- We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.
- No smoking inside or outside the space.
- Alcohol can be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits.
- You are responsible for providing any needed security for all events with alcohol, and for ensuring there is no underage drinking.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Client is responsible for securing needed tables and chairs. The studio has a few tables and chairs available, and we can provide a list of rental companies upon request.
- Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items.
- Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc.
- Decorations must be approved before use, and can be hung with Scotch tape or 3M Command Strips.
- No glitter, confetti, silly string, or duct tape allowed in the studio.
- No tape on the floor (will damage finish).
- A representative for the studio may be working quietly in the office during your rental period.
