The space has unique Bohemian Look with pendant Basket lighting, a high ceiling with green flowing plants décor, white Gallery brick walls, white Glossy floors, a unisex restroom, Air conditioning and Fans, 3 exits with 2 large enough for loading large items, abundant street parking and a parking lot available for rent for those who want street parking, security cameras for safety and a Great Spacious Green outdoor Patio.
The space has a warm set up for Conferences, Meetings, Private events like Bridal showers , Baby showers, indoor weddings, Engagements, Live concerts, product launches, Birthdays, Photoshoots , quinceaneras ,bar mitzvah, Theme nights, activities like Bingo, sip and paint, pottery and so many other events.

Weekday prices differ according to the type of event and number of people.
Weekend prices are standard (Saturday's there is a minimum of 5 hours )
Cleaning fee is not included on this total , it will be added separately.
We also require a security deposit for security purposes

No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No live fires at the venue.
After 10pm all loud music should be indoors.
Any selling of alcohol requires you to give us a copy of your license.
Cleaning fee is $250 flat fee
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
