Our studio is perfect for photo-video shoots, commercials, music videos, art classes, and meetups! We would be glad to meet all our clients' needs to the best of our abilities.
Concept Photo Studio provides with 2000 sq ft. creative space ideal for any photo/video productions, masterclasses, creative meetups, and many more.
The corner cyclorama wall, green room, backdrops, furniture, and many props are all in one room.

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
Restricted sound level - we have neighbors upstairs. Please respect their tenancy.
The studio is not soundproof, so please plan accordingly.
Cyclorama wall is an extra $70 per booking. Please do not step or place anything on it if you didn't book it. You will be charged $70 for any mark or footprint. If you did book it, please do not step on curves as there is no support inside, and it can break easily.
We do not have a central a/c or a central heater. Floor fans provided.
Pets are allowed with a pet waiver signed.
All hard-to-clean materials (glitter, confetti, etc.) may require an additional 100$ cleaning fee.
Feel free to come and check out the space before your booking date to ensure it works for your needs.
Our hourly rate includes the cleaning fee (for productions only).
Furniture can be moved as needed, but everything must be placed as it was found. Please do not drag it; lift it so it won't break and leave any marks on the floor.
No smoking/no alcohol, please - a $150 penalty fee will be charged.
For everyone's security, there are security cameras around the studio. Please do not unplug or cover them, as the footage is used to settle disputes and for insurance purposes.
We are super cool and friendly if all the rules are followed :)
