This space has been designed to be perfect for shooting or filming. There are several different areas to create your masterpiece. There was an opportunity to create 14 different setups without even trying, so who knows what you can come up with.

No pets or animals are allowed inside the loft.
ALL music video shoots require a $500 deposit, if no damages are assessed, the deposit will be returned at the end of the booking.
Video shoots can accommodate up to 30ppl with rental of additional 1200 sq ft support lounge space, just add it on to your booking.
ALL bookings over 8 hrs will receive a pre-check-in concierge.
Nudity is allowed.
No smoke machines are allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
