Newly remodeled space with over 2800 sq ft. The outside area is a nice side space for those wanting to be outside. Perfect for meetings, social events, spoken word, small parties, and family events. Seating is available for up to 133 people. And a completely furnished useable kitchen and separate bar space with seating.

Host rules

Alcohol on the patio ok, but not on the street. No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No alcohol allowed after 12am. Cancellation is allowed up to 7 days prior to the event date. Additional fees apply for extenuating circumstances (excessive cleaning or damage). No pets allowed. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
