Rules of the space

Host rules

No smoking in the building.
Nudity is allowed.
No glitter, powder, oils, smoke effects, body painting, hair cutting, or other messy items without prior permission.
Our parking lot is first come first serve. 2 spaces close to the door are reserved for daily operations and unavailable during business hours.
No charge for simple footsteps on white cyc if they can be cleaned off. Minimum $40 cleaning/repaint charge for scuffs, marks, stains, etc.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Please leave the space as you found it.
Clean up trash and food items, and reset equipment to its original state.
Clean up is included in your rate, however, in cases of excess cleanup, a cleanup fee of $80 will be applied if studio staff sees applicable.
Please treat the equipment with care and as if it were your own, you break it, you buy it.
All rentals include setup and breakdown time; please take this into account when booking time.
No food or drink in the studio rooms.
Food items are allowed in the hangout space in the back or in the dressing room next door.
​Insurance is required.
Drones allowed.
Trailers are not allowed.
Pets allowed.
Child-talent allowed.
Generator allowed.
Furniture/wall art movement allowed.
Fireplace/fire pit usage is forbidden.
Are all areas of the rented space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior).
