MESH space is thrilled to welcome you our new and modern 2600 sq ft cowork space, espresso lounge, and event venue located in South Redondo Beach!
Whether you are coming by to focus on work, plan an event, or kickstart your day with a jolt of espresso- our guests all agree on how much they appreciate the relaxed, warm, and welcoming atmosphere that MESH strives for.
Event offers and packages
Package per person
Our standard starting rate is based on a 5 hour total-- 1 hour set up, 3 hour event, and 1 hour take down: $2,500 for all-exclusive access to the space. The final quote is subject to change depending on additional catering, vendors, decor, furniture, etc.

Host rules
-MESH Space is attached to the One South condominium complex; therefore, HOA rules prohibit events past 10 pm.
-Outside catering is allowed.
-No smoking in the building.
-We do not provide alcohol on-site, but we can reccommend vendors who can come in and serve alcohol for private events; bartenders with a mobile bar, or even just servers who can come in and serve more casually.
-We require insurance coverage for potential damages and/or overages that may occur during private events at MESH space. Client shall provide and maintain General LIability Insurance or Special Event Liability Insurance three (3) days prior to their event. If insurance can not be provided, a credit card will be held for damages, overages, etc. should they occur.
-No pets allowed. Service animals as described by ADA are permitted.

Glass wall partitions enable us to transform and customize the open space to suit your needs. We can accommodate any type of event with a max guest capacity of 49, including:

*For parents, our family-friendly space and playroom is guaranteed to keep your little ones entertained while you take care of business!
Our on-site espresso bar offers a variety of delicious beverages, and specialty teas, along with a mix of sweet or savory pastries:
*Can accommodate most dietary needs (including vegetarian, vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free.)
*Be sure to ask the barista about our special off-menu MESH latte!

There is plenty of free and ample parking available along PCH, either street-side or within the One South building’s garage. We look forward to meeting you!
