About this space
Our theater now offers theatrical screenings and presentations with our state of the art 12-foot projection system and sound system. We have wonderful vintage 1940's seating, an elegant space with a baby grand piano for your event!
We have a small lobby area, air conditioning, restroom and backstage area. The total square footage is about 900 square feet. The raised stage is approximately 9 inches high, 12ft wide by 14ft deep. The ceiling height is 10ft.
Prices
Negotiated rates for multiple shows that are pre-booked and rehearsals.
HD Professional 3D Video Projection System with a 16-foot screen and surround sound system w/4K 3D Blue Ray player.
Include DMX controlled stage lighting with 5 fixtures (multi-color) and programmable.
Full PA Sound system with mis and stands: $50 per hour.
With restroom and backstage area /green room / makeup area.
Baby Grand Piano: $50 per hour
Piano player $75 per hour
Lighting person: $50 per hour
Sound person: $50 per hour
Cleaning Fee Deposit: $150
