• Events may continue until midnight unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Guest count must remain within the approved capacity for the booking.
• Outside vendors are permitted with prior approval. All vendors must coordinate load-in and load-out times with the venue.
• No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• No open flames, confetti, glitter, or permanent alterations to the property without prior approval.
• Pool use and any water-based programming must be approved in advance.
• Amplified music and live performances are permitted within agreed event and production guidelines.
• Guests and vendors are expected to respect the property, surrounding canyon environment, and designated event areas.
• Additional security, staffing, or cleaning may be required depending on the size and nature of the event.
