Venue Rules – The Experience Riverside

Booking & Time Use
• Your rental time must include set-up and clean-up.
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
• No early access without prior approval.

Guest Count & Space Use
• Do not exceed the agreed-upon capacity.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Keep all activities inside the rented areas only.

Decor & Setup
• No tape, nails, screws, glitter, or confetti of any kind.
• Candles are allowed only if LED. No open flame.
• All decorations must be removed before checkout.
• Fog machines, sparklers, or pyrotechnics require approval.

Food, Drinks & Catering
• Outside catering is allowed.
• Alcohol is permitted with a responsible host and no underage drinking.
• No cooking with open flame; warming trays/chafing dishes allowed.

Music & Noise
• DJs and speakers allowed; volume must remain at respectful levels for neighbors.
• No live band with drums unless pre-approved.

Cleaning & Trash
• Leave the space in the condition it was found.
• All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
• Any spills must be cleaned immediately.

Damage & Liability
• Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the event.
• A security deposit may be required for certain bookings.
• Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking & Load-In
