Insurance Required: All events must have event insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided before the event date.
Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required before the event.
Damage or Excessive Cleaning: Any damage or extra cleaning needed after the event will result in additional charges, deducted from the deposit.
Respect the Property: Please treat the space and equipment with care.
Setup and Cleanup: All decorations, equipment, and trash must be removed by the end of your rental time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
