No Smoking.
No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
No congregating in the front of the property.
Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
All guests must and windows must remain closed after 9PM.
Outdoors is off-limits after 9PM.
All bedrooms are off-limits.

All drone use must be approved by host, in advance.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do
