With a wide range of amenities available, including a Resort Style Pool and Spa, this space is perfect for any occasion. Rentals are available with a minimum of 3 days advance notice.
Prices
The cleaning fee is included in production and off-site bookings. There will be a $100 cleaning fee for events. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
If you request that the pool be heated there is a $300 additional fee (will need a 48-hour notice prior to booking).
The spa will be an additional $100 fee and a minimum of 2-4 hour notice prior to booking.
If you decided to use the Spa or heat the pool without adding the item to your initial booking it will be billed to you after the booking is complete.

General Rules:
- No Smoking on the property (Vape pen is ok)
- No Loud music
- No access to the downstairs bedroom nor any parts of the upstairs area
- No eating or smoking in the pool
- No illegal substances
- No drones
- No confetti
- No glitter can be used on the property
- Outside vendors are allowed and must remove all items after the reservation ends
- Indoor Refrigerator access is available
- Outdoor freezer available
- BBQ Pit (propane available upon request)
All bookings' start and end times are inclusive of set up and tear downtime, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
There are cameras on site facing the main entrance of the property as well as the backyard space on the property. Cameras are never turned off for the safety of each guest as well as the homeowner.
