The Flex Studio is a modular creative space with an open floor plan, hardwood-style flooring, neutral walls, and overhead rigging already in place for lighting, backdrops, and equipment.
It works well for branded content shoots, movement and fitness sessions, green screen productions, and product launches. The layout can be reconfigured to suit different formats and setups.
A dedicated green room is available for talent and production teams to get camera-ready, change, or prep between takes.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to maximize your booking time.
• Your booking time includes setup, recording, and breakdown.

• Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it.
• Any damage to equipment or the space may result in additional charges.
• Please respect your scheduled booking time so the next session can start on time.
