Capacity Limits — Do not exceed the posted room capacity (e.g., 80 guests max). Overcrowding creates safety hazards and violates fire code.
No Damaging Attachments — Nothing may be taped, nailed, stapled, or otherwise attached to walls, ceilings, or fixtures in a way that causes damage. Use provided stands, easels, or approved adhesives only.
Food & Beverage Policy — All food and beverages must be provided by the venue (no outside catering or alcohol unless pre-approved corkage applies). This ensures food safety and compliance.
No Open Flames — Candles, sparklers, or any open flames are prohibited unless venue-supplied and supervised (e.g., contained votives on approved holders).
Noise & Time Limits — Music, speeches, and activities must stay within reasonable levels and end by the agreed end time (typically 10–11 PM for dinner events) to respect neighbors and venue hours.
Clean-Up Responsibility — Guests are responsible for removing personal trash, decorations, and belongings at the end of the event. The venue will handle basic post-event cleanup, but excessive mess may incur an additional fee.
No Smoking / Vaping — Strictly prohibited inside the venue and within 20 feet of entrances (including e-cigarettes and similar devices).
AV & Furniture — Use only venue-provided or pre-approved equipment. Do not rearrange heavy furniture without staff assistance, and return tables/chairs to original setup unless otherwise agreed
