Host rules

• All Events must end at 11:30pm (10pm Sundays).
• No wall or ceiling decorations.
• Renters and guests cannot bring in any beverages.
• If event is canceled 90 days or more before scheduled date, $150 will be refunded.
• If event is canceled with less than 90 days, there is no deposit refund.
• If date is changed with less than 90 days, there is no deposit refund unless
original date can be rented.
• No drinking in parking lot.
