The venue is ideal for both daytime and evening use, with adjustable lighting and backdrop options and natural light streaming in through the front-facing windows during the day. The area is frequently used by visitors for styled celebrations, coaching circles, baby showers, branding sessions, art pop-ups, and music rehearsals.
A dressing room, a large TV screen for presentations, a Bluetooth sound system, tables and chairs for up to 30 people, a lounge area that can be customised, and access to a variety of props are among the facilities. We provide optional services like event styling, photography, creative direction, and outside catering coordination in addition to space rental, all of which are intended to help you create an event.
Prices
$750 for 5 hours (Any time)
Friday & Saturday "(Summer Vibe" special promotional price package)
$850 for 5 hours, daily time event (window time frame 9 am to 3 pm)
$1050 for 5 hours, Evening time event (4 pm until Midnight )
Sunday (Summer Vibe special promotional price package)
$850 for 5 hours, Afternoon/Evening time event (window time frame 3 pm until 10:30 pm),
Note: suggestion to use the 5 hrs rental fee, 3 hrs event, 2hrs with set up and tear down
Extra hrs will be an extra fee of $180 until midnight and $250 after 12 am
What’s Included:
Lounge area with seating
Up to 6 round dinner tables, 3- 6 ft rectangular tables and 4 highboys tables, 50 white wooden folding chairs (we can rental more chairs with a extra fee)
Flat-screen TV and Sound system

Food prep area (sink, refrigerator, microwave, wooden countertop)
Additional Fees:
$250 refundable security deposit
$150 cleaning fee
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 7 business days prior to the event.

Host rules
No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
No open flames or candles without prior approval.
Outside catering is allowed with prior coordination.
Alcohol is allowed only with prior written approval and may require licensed staff.
No loud music after 10:00 p.m. out of respect for neighbours.
Setup and breakdown must be completed within the rental window.
All guests must respect the space and leave it in the condition they found it.
Any furniture or equipment moved must be returned to its original place.
No nails, screws, or adhesives may be used on walls without permission.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Use of glitter, confetti, or similar materials is not allowed unless approved.
Security cameras are active in common and exit areas for safety purposes.
