At Gauchos Do Sul, guests can enjoy unlimited tableside service featuring a variety of meats, including beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. Gaucho chefs bring skewers of sizzling meats directly to your table, and you can control the service with a simple green and red-sided card. Show the green side to signal the chefs to bring more meats, and flip to the red side when you need a break. Flip it back to green to resume the service at your own pace.
