The Saloon seats 65 people inside and 30 people on the L-shaped wrap-around deck.

There is a TV for slideshows but also a projector with a screen in the room, Bluetooth speakers for music, a bar area and an enclosed grass area available to be used during your event.

Host rules

Dogs are not allowed.

We do not allow confetti, confetti balloons, glitter, anything with glitter on it (signs, tablecloths, napkins, sash, etc.), hay, sand, pinatas, bubbles, streamers, paint, poppers of any kind, mists of any kind, small items thrown onto the tables or anything that can stick or seep into the floors, walls, grass area, tables and chairs.

Cake fights/smashes are not allowed.

All decorations must be taken down and out of the building.

If any of the above decor is brought into the restaurant there is an automatic clean up fee of $500.00 added to the final bill.


About Clay’s

We have beautiful, versatile spaces that can be configured for corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, graduations and more.

Along with the great space we have delicious Buffet Packages to accommodate any occasion.

Our story starts in 1985....Clay’s Restaurant was just a small Ma & Pa’s place serving comfort food off the beaten track of Clay Road and Hwy 6.

Owned and operated by Houstonian Damian Seaback who set out to build Clay’s into a great family restaurant full of fun for kids of all ages. Word soon spread about Clay’s award-winning burgers, chicken fried steak and comfortable family atmosphere.

To meet demand Damian had to expand, adding quaint old schoolhouses nestled among the trees at the rear of the property for separate function spaces.

Clay’s continues to grow and change, adding new menu items and features to improve the quality and service for their customers and friends.

One thing will never change, though, and that’s the family fun values that are the cornerstone of Clay’s Restaurant.

It’s as much fun for the kids as it is for you, so pack ‘em up and bring ‘em on over! Kick back, grab a burger and a cold one.

Each year we sponsor several sports teams and the Future Farmers of America (FFA). We also continue to make donations to area schools & churches.
