Host rules
Booking time includes setup and breakdown. Please book enough time for arrival, setup, cleanup, and exit.
No smoking inside the building. Smoking is allowed
No glitter, confetti, paint, powder, or messy décor. A cleaning fee will apply if used.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Do not move or drag large furniture without staff assistance. Return all items to their original position before leaving.
Podcast Room Rules
Do not unplug, move, or remove any equipment.
No food or drinks on the recording table.
Report any equipment issues immediately.
Handle microphones, headphones, and cameras with care.
Event Rules
Maximum capacity must be followed at all times.
Decorations cannot damage walls or ceilings.
Music volume must remain at a reasonable level.
Security may be required for events with more than 30 guests after 9pm.
Cleaning Rules
All trash must be placed in designated bins.
Remove all food, supplies, props, and personal items.
Leave the studio in the same condition it was received.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excessive mess.
Fees and Damages
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
Any damage to equipment, furniture, or the property will be charged to the guest.
Unauthorized guests, undisclosed event types, or rule violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
