About this space
Our Uncovered Patio is a very comfortable, open-air area that is perfect for noisy and or silent night-time outside activities. The tiled area can hold a total of fifty guests standing or forty seated, making it the best place for a birthday party, brunch, casual wedding reception, and many more such events.
The ambiance is created by string lights, planters, and vintage outdoor furniture, while the mobile bar service, outdoor speakers, and heating solutions for chillier months are some of the optional add-ons to make the event even more pleasant.
This is the perfect place for guests who want to have a very photogenic, somewhat wild kind of party in the center of Houston’s South Heights/Rice Military district area.

Prices
• Weekday happy hour (30 guests): $1,800 minimum
• Saturday evening private event (60 guests): $4,200–$5,000 minimum
These spends can be applied to food and beverage combined. We do not charge a separate venue hire fee; your spend goes directly toward food, drink, and service.

Age policy
Guests under 18 are not allowed after 9:00 pm
Host rules
• No smoking inside the building (designated areas are available outside).
• Outside food and drink are not permitted unless previously arranged (e.g., cake service).
• Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be stapled, nailed, or adhered permanently to surfaces.
• No glitter, confetti, or open flames (including sparklers or candles without a base).
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, property, and neighbors.
• Damage to furniture, art, equipment, or property will incur repair or replacement charges.
• Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time unless pre-approved for extension.
• No DJs or amplified music without prior approval (house sound system available).
• No pets indoors unless certified service animals.
