Flexible spaces flow from a dramatic two-story foyer and formal living and dining rooms to a gourmet kitchen, a year-round indoor heated pool, and a finished entertainment level with a 12-seat theater, dance floor, and bar. Outside: a wood deck, gazebo, and expansive manicured lawns.
The estate hosts up to 300 seated or 450 for a standing reception, with on-site parking for 20 vehicles (valet available) and total privacy behind a gated entry. Ideal for corporate off-sites, board meetings, brand activations, product launches, donor and investor days, and private celebrations.

- Owner approval required on every booking (no instant booking).
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) required before any guests or vendors on site.
- Approved vendors only (catering, valet, security, AV, rentals); each vendor must carry COI.
- A site representative is present throughout every booking.
- Designated private family areas are strictly off-limits.
- Amplified music ends at 10:00 PM; please be respectful of neighbors.
- No smoking indoors (designated outdoor area only).
- Setup, equipment, and decor only in approved areas; no alterations without written approval.
- Valet required for larger guest counts.
