About this space
The house holds up to 200 guests standing or around 67 seated. Every room is built to be reconfigured: a double-height open living space for receptions, a designer kitchen and dining room for private dinners, a full bar area, a striking black-and-white breeze-block feature wall that photographs beautifully, a red-walled production room for set builds and screenings, a movement/fitness studio, and a pool terrace with landscaped grounds for outdoor drinks and daytime programming.
It suits brand activations and product launches, influencer and press events, content and film production, editorial and photo shoots, private dinners, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, corporate offsites, workshops and retreats.
Every booking is delivered by D.I.Why? Events & Consulting: full-service planning, staffing, in-house catering and bar service, entertainment, production support, décor, security and transportation, all through one point of contact. Paid on-site parking is available.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the house — designated outdoor areas only.
• All catering and bar service is provided in-house or arranged through D.I.Why? Events & Consulting. Outside food and beverage is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Valid photo ID is required for alcohol service. Alcohol service ends at 2:00 am.
• Nothing may be nailed, taped, screwed or adhered to walls, floors, ceilings or fixtures. Set builds, rigging and any structural install must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, rice, sparklers or open flame without prior written approval.
• Load-in, setup, breakdown and load-out must all take place within the contracted rental window.
• The licensed capacity of the space may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool; no unsupervised pool access.
• Amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances.
• Any damage to the house, fixtures, equipment or furnishings will be charged to the client.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests, vendors and contractors for the duration of the booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
