Host rules
• No illegal activities.
• No smoking on property, except at one designated smoking area by the barn.
• Outside catering (if desired) is required.
• Be respectful of the neighbors (sound, parking, etc.).
• Maximum occupancy must be strictly observed.
• All guests must vacate by end of booking time (including cleanup).
• Booking time should include set-up and tear-down; overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, invoiced after the event.
• Pre-disclosure of space use type required.
• Pre-approval required for production and events (including power usage, rigging, permits, etc.).
• Furniture and equipment must be returned to original positions.
• No permanent modifications to the space, internal or external.
• Trash must be properly disposed of in designated areas.
• Additional charge for excessive mess will be automatically charged.
• All ages welcome.
