About this space
Brightside Studios is located in a 1500 square foot renovated industrial building just outside of the Design District in Dallas, TX (10 minutes from downtown Dallas). With east-facing floor to ceiling loft-style windows and supplementary west-facing rear windows, our studio’s interior is flooded with natural light.
Our photography studio contains a blank white wall for a traditional studio setting, a conference room setting, living room setting, and kitchenette setting.
Our mission at Brightside Studios is to provide a multi-purpose creative space that makes it easier for photographers and videographers to capture a wide variety of content for their clients in a single booking, giving them a “one-stop-shop” experience.
The minimalist and modern studio interior creates a clean and uncluttered environment, allowing creatives to make this photography studio their own. We provide a vast selection of décor, props, and backdrops so that you can customize the style of the space to cater uniquely to your client’s vision.

Host rules
• Your rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean up. The Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period to respect our fellow creative’s time and efforts. It is the responsibility of Renter and its Vendors to set up, breakdown, and move equipment and other items within the Studio.
• You are required to reset the space after your rental is complete to how it looked originally to respect the experience of guests who book after you.
• No FULLY nude photography, videography, or explicit sexual activity.
• No smoking, vaping, recreational or illicit drug use in the studio.
• No glitter, fake snow, smoke bombs, or fire of any kind in studio.
• Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the studio.
• No affixing anything to walls or backdrops including nailing, hanging or taping.
• No children or pets shall go unsupervised.
• The renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
