The El Paso Meeting Room is the perfect space for a productive, collaborative meeting. It can comfortably seat up to 8 people and is equipped with all the amenities needed for a successful gathering.
The kitchen/break area provides coffee and filtered water, as well as light snacks to keep everyone energized throughout the session.
For presentations or brainstorming sessions, there is a whiteboard, flipchart and markers available for use. This room is perfect for any team looking to have an effective meeting in an inviting atmosphere.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

Lone Star Executive Suites is divided into eight private offices and three meeting rooms, seating either six, eight or twelve people. Fully stocked break rooms and kitchen facilities, controlled entry, free visitor parking, on-site management and storage options are a few of the amenities offered.
In addition, each of our meeting rooms are fully equipped with high-speed internet and two of our meeting rooms include wireless presentation to screen share HD content to an LED TV.
