-No pet or animal allowed.
-Studio user assumes the risk of loss, damage or destruction of any and all equipment, supplies, artworks, or other properties in the studio space.
-Studio user shall be responsible for any personal injury or property damage to resident or third party arising out of or in connection with Studio user's use of Studio Space.
-Studio user agree to make no claim against, and to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Space Arlington, GlenDeer Holdings, Inc., GlenDeer Commercial, LLC, their officers, directors, and employees from any claim by studio user or any third party for personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with Studio user uses of the studio space.
-For the security and safety of studio users, Studio Space Arlington has security cameras with both audio and video monitoring and recording installed in key areas of the building, including but not limited too, the entrance and the main shooting room. your use of the studio is considered acceptance and consent for audio and video monitoring and recording for security purposes.
-Studio user and persons invited by user shall, at all time, comply with all Federal, State and local statutes, regulations ordinances and other laws and SSA rules and policy while in the Studio Space, and to cover Studio user's potential liability for personal injury or property damage under term of lease and during use of studio.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

At Studio Space Arlington (SSA), we are dedicated to providing the photography and videography community with affordable and high-quality studio space for rent.
This studio rental is also the ideal space for casting calls, auditions, rehearsals, and more! We offer full use of the studio's facilities, including the spacious studio shooting area, studio lights, backdrops, make-up area, reception area, etc.
Users can rent our Dallas photo studio by the hour (2hrs minimum) or by the day.
