The Studio offers a comprehensive range of amenities, featuring full AV capabilities such as WiFi, two projectors, screens, wireless microphones, and video and audio conferencing. The space is adorned with luxury furnishings, collaborative tables, and chairs, providing a comfortable and collaborative environment. Additionally, lounge breakouts with iconic furnishings, in-room credenzas for materials, food, and beverage, interactive whiteboards, and a private restroom contribute to the overall convenience.
Facilitating seamless events, the Studio also includes an on-site catering prep kitchen, an open vendor policy, a private coat closet, and the support of an on-call host. To enhance flexibility, there's a 30-minute window before and after your rental time for setup and breakdown.
For additional enhancements, consider add-ons like a stage, digital welcome sign, and a confidence monitor. It's worth noting that the IIDA provides a maximum of 150 chairs for use.
Included with the Studio rental, the Bogota conference room is equipped with a 40-inch HD monitor for presentations and screen sharing, audio conferencing, seating for five, a whiteboard, and WiFi. However, please note that the Bogota conference room is unavailable for individual rental.

With a customizable, flexible space, our Conference Center offers a state-of-the-art venue for your next meeting or event – ideal for corporate and business meetings, panel discussions, large presentations, training sessions, film and photo shoots, filming for shows, music videos, interviews, etc.
The space is fully tech-enabled and can host from 4 - 300 people.
