The space can host up to 60 people comfortably, with places to sit, lounge or congregate actively.
The walls are all exposed, and rich brick and 14ft ceilings make the space airy and creative. Add to that the vintage timber floors, art-adorned walls, intimate seating areas, vintage couches and nuanced creative touches.

*We offer a free half hour of set-up. If you need additional time, it must be included as part of the total rental time.
*A cleaning fee is added to all rentals.
*Overtime charges apply.
*We are a BYOB venue, so outside catering and beverages are allowed.
*All beverage service shall strictly comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Alcoholic beverages cannot be served to under-aged guests at any time.
*No noise or amplified music after 11pm.
*No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted.
*Any damages that occur during the course of a rental will be at the sole responsibility of the renter.

It’s just off the bustle of Western Avenue at the tip of Wicker Park - part of “hipsterville” with a dash of flavor from the Puerto Rican sensibilities of Humbolt Park.
