Host rules
- Set-up and clean-up must be included as part of total rental time
- A cleaning fee is added to all rentals.
- Overtime charges apply
- All beverage service shall strictly comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Alcoholic beverages cannot be served to under-aged guests at any time.
- No noise or amplified music after 11PM
- No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
