Our First Floor space is a designated event area that can fit up to 50 guests seated and up to 75 cocktail style.
The room can be decorated according to your needs.
The rental includes the use of tables and chairs and one hour of set-up time before the event for free and 30 minutes of cleanup after the event.

Rules of the space
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
